Swinburne University transport digitalisation and automation report

Our Department is working with Swinburne University and iMove to gain a deeper understanding of the workforce implications resulting from transport digitalisation and automation in the context of the Australian market.
At this session, Swinburne University shared the survey findings provided a walk-through of the final report and updates on target for banning internal combustion engines (ICE) vehicles.

National Reconstruction Fund (NRF)

This $15 billion fund will diversify and transform Australia’s industry to secure future prosperity and drive sustainable economic growth. Through the Commonwealth Department of Industry the NRF will invest in projects across 7 industry priority areas that will rebuild Australia’s industrial capability and in the process promote well paid, sustainable jobs of the future.

ATO – eInvoicing

eInvoicing is the new, standardised way to exchange invoice data between a buyer’s and supplier’s accounting systems, irrespective of what software they are using.
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) held a series of workshops with RDAs to share details on information about eInvoicing and the new and safer way to invoice.
