Regional Development Australia (RDA) is an Australian Government initiative that brings together all levels of government to enhance the development of Australia's regions. A national network of RDA committees has been established to achieve this objective.

  • RDA Chair and Deputy Chair Announcements

    27 January 2015

    The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development the Hon Warren Truss MP today announced RDA Chair and Deputy Chair appointments in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory.

    “Regional Australia will greatly benefit from these three year appointments and this will ensure RDA committees continue to drive economic growth and make the most of the potential capability of their region” he said.
